Seoul Music Cities Convention: Full Schedule and First Speakers Announced for the first-ever Virtual

The 9th global Music Cities Convention is less than a month away and we’re super excited!

Even though Covid-19 has had a huge impact on the events industry globally, we’ve worked really hard with our partners to ensure that this Convention takes place, albeit virtually. We’re all really excited about the opportunity to explore a new and exciting event format which will allow us to host the Music Cities Convention in Seoul whilst simultaneously taking it to professionals from all around the world.

35+ speakers from South Korea and 10 other countries in the world will join us virtually on 11-12 November for two amazing days of talks featuring keynotes, panels and presentations, as well as two live music showcases.

Here are some of the topics we’ll be covering:

  • The local and global impact of K-Pop;

  • The importance and role of music in urban policy;

  • How globalization & technology are changing music ecosystem;

  • How to build better music cities after covid-19.

Check out the full schedule and get your ticket here.

Tickets for international delegates cost $20USD for one day, and $30USD for the full conference, and include access to the live talks, 2x two-hour virtual live showcases of South Korean artists, and a virtual delegate bag.

We couldn’t be more excited for our first fully-virtual Music Cities Convention, and are looking forward to bringing delegates from all over the world together to discuss how we can build better music cities, a subject which is now more important than ever.
