A Capacity Building Programme
for a Thriving Music Ecosystem

The Music Cities European Exchange is the world's first capacity building programme for thriving music ecosystems. We offer a 6-week virtual programme that starts on the 9th January 2023. The programme includes live lectures, workshops and roundtables that will cover a range of topics including introduction to music cities, music tourism, night-time economy, music and UN Sustainable Development Goals, socio-economic impact of music and music city policies.
This EU-wide programme will also facilitate cross-sectoral networking opportunities with a selection of 54 diverse candidates across job functions from all the EU members states. The programme will also invite global leaders of music ecosystems to share best practices with our cohort.

How can I submit my payments?You'll only need to enter your card details once when setting up your account. On what devices can I access the content?The Music Cities Community platform is accessible from anywhere on any device, including laptops, smartphones, tablets and more.

Do I need to be from a certain country to join the Community?Absolutely not. You can be based anywhere in the world.

In what language are the videos?Videos are currently in English, but we're looking into adding a multilingual subtitling service.

Can I download content or share it with friends / colleagues?No, but we have special discounted group subscription fees for organisations wishing to subscribe teams, classes and more. Just get in touch with Saria at saria@sounddiplomacy.com for more info.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?Yes, you can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Once you've done that, the renewal date in your subscription details becomes the end date and you'll no longer be charged for the subscription, but can continue to access it until this date.

How is my data protected?All personal data submitted as part of your membership won't be used or shared with anyone unless you willingly do so by signing up to our Community Directory & Forum.
