Music Cities Convention!
Tulsa, OK, USA
2 - 5 November 2022
On 2 - 5 November, Music Cities Convention travelled to Tulsa, OK for its 11th global edition, presented by the Tulsa Office of Film, Music, Arts, and Culture.
Featuring two days of talks and presentations, complimentary music tours, after parties and tons of live music and networking opportunities, the Tulsa MCC was our biggest and longest event yet, and an all-round celebration of music and cities.
Tulsa, OK is home to iconic venues including the historic Cain’s Ballroom, award-winning BOK Center and the legendary Church Studio, and has a deep-rooted music culture making it the perfect setting for Music Cities Convention.
By hosting talks, ceremonies and receptions in Tulsa gems like the Woody Guthrie Center, Bob Dylan Center and more, attendees were able to discover the roots of the "Tulsa Sound" while learning all about how to use music to develop more vibrant cities with 80+ of the world's leading experts and over 460 delegates.
Tulsa Music Cities Convention was also the host for the first-ever in person edition of the Music Cities Awards. Head here to learn more about the initiative.
